School of Dental Sciences | Pusat Pengajian Sains Pergigian

22nd Students Scientific Conference

USM, Kubang Kerian, Kelantan, 17 April 2025 – The 22nd Students Scientific Conference made its return this year, continuing a proud tradition that began with the establishment of the School of Dental Sciences (Pusat Pengajian Sains Pergigian, PPSG) at Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2003.

This one-day conference, held under the theme “Improving Dental Services via Research,” brought together passionate and aspiring researchers from both local and international institutions, including participants from Saudi Arabia and Indonesia. The event provided a vibrant platform for students to showcase their latest research findings, engage in academic discussions, and develop a deeper appreciation for the role of research in advancing the field of dentistry.

The conference aimed to cultivate curiosity, innovation, and scientific thinking among students, while fostering a collaborative environment to explore new ideas that can help shape the future of dental healthcare. It also provided valuable opportunities for networking, mentorship, and academic growth.
